All Packages are shipped via Postal Service.

All orders are shipped in plain packaging and the shipping label does not mention our name or the word “MOZPUS.” In fact, there is no clue on the outside of the box as to the contents! You can feel safe having a shipment sent to your home or work address (assuming nobody else opens your mail, of course!).

 

In most cases, your order will be processed in 1 business day, your order will be shipped within 2-3 Business days after your order is processed. Some Special Order Items from certain brands may take 5-7 business days to ship from our warehouse. Your In-stock item will be shipped once the item is located in stock, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address.

 

After the order leaves the warehouse, it may take up to 48 hours or longer before the package is checked into the carrier’s tracking system. Please allow the time before you start tracking your package. Orders placed on Mozpus store maybe be delivered by one of several different carriers and shipping methods. Therefore, tracking availability may vary depending on the type of item you purchases, the shipping method you select during Checkout, and the carrier that is delivering your item(s).All Rush Order Packages come with a delivery confirmation and tracking number so you are able to track the location and the exact arriving date of your package(s).
